Category: Lighting

Absis

This new wall-mounted version of Absis, whether oriented vertically and horizontally with led reader is perfectly suitable as a bedside lamp and will create a cosy atmosphere.

The handmade ceramic shade adds a touch of natural quality to the environment.

Absis – collection

The Absis collection pays tribute to the traditional Catalan vault and to one of the materials used for its construction: the clay from the Vacamorta area in the Empordà region of Girona (Spain). Of these handmade pieces, each one of them has its own identity. The terracotta of the lampshade combined with the iron structures gives to the collection a natural warmth, ideal for different types of spaces. Whether switched on or off, the uniqueness of the material, its finishes and its shapes urge the user to touch the lamp and explore its natural quality.

Local production is the company’s main commitment as they work exclusively with providers in the region of Catalunya for this collection. Luxcambra aims at maintaining a trustworthy relationship with its local suppliers as well as reducing its carbon footprint (by avoiding overseas imports and excessive transportation). This sustainable process is the main core of Luxcambra’s family values, which mainly rely on craftsmanship and historical authenticity over the decades.
