Design Curator
Samer Yamani is a design curator and creative director, his expertise in contemporary crafts and design. He most recently exhibitions is titled "ALBASEQAT” at ITHRA Museum, and “Adaptability” at SAMOCA-Saudi Arabia Museum of Contemporary Art. As the founder of Creative Dialogue, a creative consultancy based in Dubai, Samer has curated and directed a multitude of exhibitions and design collections. His work, in collaboration with prestigious institutions, brands, and designers, has reached over 40 cities globally, with a particular emphasis on the Gulf Region. His curatorial approach is delving into local cultures and working intimately with local designers and artisans to bring their work to the forefront. Samer's significant contributions include the Madrasat Addeera Editions, a Design collection for Royal Commission of AlUla - KSA, MENASA-Emirati Design Platform at Expo 2020 Dubai, Jusoor Design Collection for ADC, Crafts Dialogue Collections by Irthi Contemporary Crafts Council in Sharjah, the PostCraft Collection by BD Barcelona Design, and the LIWAN Design Studio and Labs by Qatar Museums. His work has gained international acclaim, showcased at major art and design events like Milan Salone Del Mobile, London Design Festival, Paris Design Week, Barcelona Design Week, Dubai Design Week, 21,39 Jeddah Art Fair, London Design Fair, Besign Mexico, Lima Design Week, and Casablanca Biennale.
