Founded in 1989, the atelier was established with the intention of creating without any restraints. Under the direction of founder and designer William Brand, it crafts extraordinary light objects that blur the line between function and art.
In the sheltered heart of a tree, when the cold freezes the time into winter stillness, fresh raindrops transform into drops of icy glass. Visions of light and dark arise, creating a play of warm emotions: a field of precious memories frozen into sparkling icicles.
While on the wilderness trip with his family, William was touched by the slenderness and pure beauty of the branches and trees scattered across the land. Upon his return, he was invited to lighten up the yearly Academy Awards in Los Angeles.
The star-filled ‘Green Room’ was energised by both the winners of the Oscars and this new lighting sculpture: thus, the Hollywood collection took off amidst the stars.
The Hollywood Glass collection is available in chandeliers and ceiling lights and can be customised in shape, size, and finish, making it a perfect fit for any space that deserves that extra elegant touch.
