Tenere Cabinet, designed by A. Rasit Karaaslan.
Tenere is a coctail cabinet with a rounded form and a beautifully textured surface in dark grey lacquer. A flood of warm light bursts out when the doors are opened and the LED lit orange lacquered interior is revealed.
The word Tenere means “desert” in Tuareg language. The exterior of Tenere Cabinet is finished on all sides in a pattern that looks like sand ripples in the desert. The interior is a warm orange color that surprises when the cabinet is opened. The bow shaped metal legs add grace and sophistication.
