Renato Bosco Renato Bosco, born in Verona in 1967, entered the hospitality world at a very young age: by 14 he was already waitering and at 18 he started working in the pizza world, discovering a great interest in yeasts, flours and doughs. Felix Burrichter Felix Burrichter is a New York-based creative director, curator, editor, and publisher. Born in Düsseldorf, Germany, he was trained as an architect in Paris and New York. In 2006 Felix founded the multimedia platform PIN–UP, a self-described “Magazine for Architectural Entertainment” with a biannual print edition, of which he is the editorial and creative director. Michele Calzavara (1966) Having graduated from Milan’s Polytechnic with a thesis on the relationship between philosophy and architecture, Calzavara is an architect and freelance journalist, and also works in planning, teaching, critiquing and curating. He studied under Corrado Levi and attended the art and philosophy workshop “Thinking of Art” with Jacques Derrida, Carlo Sini and Studio Azzurro. His works are showcased at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice, the Triennale di Milano, the Villa Croce Museum of Contemporary Art in Genoa, and the Urban Center in Milan.
