GBmodular Chaise Lounge by José A. Gandía-Blasco for GANDIABLASCO

GBmodular is the GANDIABLASCO construction system that evokes classic metal construction toys and performs an exercise in synthesis to articulate, with minimal industrial elements, a wide range of furniture. Thus, GBmodular is not a collection: “It goes further, it is a concept that does not end in itself since it is a construction system that allows designing infinite pieces from a single aluminum profile, an unchanging and durable material, in addition to being 100% recyclable and 0% waste,” explains its creator, José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales. Technically, GBmodular represents the refinement of the construction.

The first elements that were presented in 2022 of GBmodular were three tables and three benches of different lengths. The tables, whose central pieces are highly robust, are accompanied by side benches, which can be aligned in a successive way and are conceived as social seats to share among various groups of people, depending on the different needs. Now the GBmodular tables are completed with two models of high tables with recessed legs, which facilitate placing chairs around their entire perimeter.

The GBmodular chaise lounge is a designer lounger with refined lines made of anodized aluminum whose structure can be chosen in two finishes, smooth or grooved, and in two exclusive colors: dark gold anodized and black anodized. Like the rest of the GBModular furniture, this exclusive lounger is ideal for outdoor spaces thanks to the resistance of aluminum to weather conditions and the technical fabric of its mats, whose upholstery is available in the wide range of GANDIABLASCO colors.
