Saudi Arabia’s future is being built today – including through the ideas and intuitions of a new generation of designers. In a country investing in education, culture, and creativity, this discussion will give voice to mentors and institutions of young Saudi and MENA designers who are redefining design language through multidisciplinary, sustainable approaches rooted in their cultural identity. The conversation will also resonate with the enduring legacy of SaloneSatellite, which for over twenty-five years has been a global platform nurturing young creativity and shaping the careers of generations of designers worldwide. Marva Griffin

Marva Griffin was born in Venezuela, and Milan became her city of adoption when, in the seventies, she started to work in the field of design and furnishing.

She began her career as PR communication at what was then the C&B Italia company (now B&B Italia), working with Piero Ambrogio Busnelli, owner and chairman of the company.

She became the correspondent/representative in Italy for a number of Conde Nast Publications: French Maison & Jardin, Vogue Decoration, American House & Garden and American Vogue.
