Federico Villa was born in Como in 1983 and he studied Industrial Design at Politecnico in Milan. Federico opened his studio in 2010 and started to work with important Italian design companies and architecture firms. The fundamentals of his work are to focus on the qualities of a specific product, the space and an individual in the photographic image: project and subject become a single and continuous course. At the same time he is devoting particular attention on photography used as archiving of contemporaneity with a critical analysis between natural and artificial.

Armand Vokshi is a university Associate Professor and has been the Chair of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanistics at the Polytechnic of Tirana since 2020.

He graduated in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Florence in 2005. He continued his Architecture and Town Planning Research Doctorate at the Department of Architecture at the University of Florence is 2010-2013, on the subject Traces of Italian Architecture in Albania 1925-1943. 

Lukas Wegwerth works on the intersection of crafted objects and engineered modular structures. All projects find common ground in the territory of joints and connection making and their accompanying methods and strategies. The Three+One system is an ongoing project that explores a straightforward approach to modular constructions— from furniture to architectural-scale structures. It provides a platform for collaborative building, lending itself to use in multiple contexts such as exhibition design, academic research, public spaces and private interior.

Carla Wilkins is Board Member of IALD International Lighting Designer's Association. Based in Berlin Carla Wilkins has thirty five years professional experience as an independent Architectural Lighting Designer and has a background in architecture. In 1997 Ms. Wilkins was one of the founding partners of Lichtvision where she continues working to expand the traditional boundaries of lighting design to encompass all manner of visual experience as global creative director in Lichtvision Design.  Over the years Ms.

Born in Waco, Texas, Wilson is one of the world's leading theatre and visual artists. His works unconventionally integrate a wide variety of artistic media, including dance, movement, light, sculpture, music and text. His images are aesthetically striking and emotionally charged, and his productions have earned worldwide public and critical acclaim.

Liam Young is a designer, director and BAFTA nominated producer who operates in the spaces between design, fiction and futures.

Olimpia Zagnoli is an illustrator and multidisciplinary artist; her art has appeared internationally in a variety of printed formats, as well as in galleries and children’s books, in branding campaigns and subway stops. Her illustrations have been featured, among others, in The New York Times, The New Yorker and Vogue Italia, and on book covers published by Penguin, Taschen and Feltrinelli. Her commercial clients include Elizabeth Arden, Barilla and Apple, and she has designed capsule collections and accessories for brands including Dior, Prada and Fendi.

Photographer, originally from Treviso, now living and working in Milan.  Her personal research interests lie in the urban landscape and in documenting reality; her shots are informed by a particular desire to depict space in its aesthetic and narrative form, unearthing the subjects for her narratives of daily life in apparently marginal details.

After graduating in Economics from the University of Zagreb she decided to follow her heart, and love took her to Italy.

A Florentine by birth, she now lives in her adopted city of Paris, after moving around for several years. She works in communication in the field of design, moving seamlessly and passionately between the great design classics, speculative research and scalable prototypes. She graduated in Communication Science from the University of Bologna with a thesis on the semiotics of design and specialised in multimedia design at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Florence and in design management at the Parsons in New York.

Born in Milano in 1955, Cino Zucchi graduated at M.I.T. and at the Politecnico di Milano, where he presently teaches. Author of several articles and books on architectural theory and history, he has been the curator of the Italian Pavilion at the 2014 Venice Biennale of Architecture and Visiting Professor at Harvard GSD. Together with his studio CZA he has designed and realized several buildings, public spaces and master plans which deserved prizes and mentions.

Francesco Zurlo, Full Professor of Industrial Design, is Dean of the School of Design at the Politecnico di Milano. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Observatory on Design Thinking for Business at the Politecnico and ADI lndex. He is scientific director of the Executive Master in Design Strategy and System innovation and co-director of the Master in Design Strategies and the Master in Furniture Design of POLI.design, a consortium of the Politecnico di Milano.
